this is in addition to the one at AGC?
Our matches are put on by Colorado Multigun and have no association with the Aurora matches put on by RM3G. We will be hosting additional events in the future. All the info can be found on our website atQuote:

Very cool. Hopefully Uncle Sam will let me get away.
ohhh, so I'll be able to double my fun factor every month
This should be interesting.
For the shotgun, NO buckshot? Just 10 slugs?
Didn't see any on the web page, rules??
where is clear creek
I-70 west past Idaho Springs, to the Dumont exit. Left (south) over I-70, left (east) on the service road for about ½ mile. Range will be on your right.Quote:

We took the 7.5 restriction off but you still need to bring bird shot, just no buckshot.Quote:

Pumps are normally shot in Heman class but you can shoot them in other classes. 308 battle rifle limited to 20rds/mag, .45acp handgun with no more than 10rds per mag and 12gauge pump.Quote:

not sure if I'll go or not.....lots to do in october and I'll be out of town for most of it.
I am going to try to make it.
Just be clear. It is the same gear as Three gun right?
I thought there was some confusion on that earlier.
same as 3 gun...
it is sponsered by "Colorado Multigun"
heck, bring the whole armory and be prepared [pirate]
(unlike me, I took my AR to AGC as a back up.... luckily I didn't have to resort to it as I had brought no ammo for it!!!) [shock2]
It is a 3 gun match so bring your normal gear. We will cover scoring and the basics that u need to know for our matches at the first match. I'll probably bring the Hummer with the 240B on it as one of the start positions for a stage.Quote:

Also, just for fun, please critique what I plan to bring as "kit" with any thoughtful sugestions:
Rifle/Carbine:
14.5" A2 AK Brake Bushy
16" A3 Pencil bushy w/ BUIS
18" SPR (optically assisted or BUIS)
Shotgun:
Remmy 870, Cyl bore, 18", Speedfeed IV-S Stock,
Pistol:
Kimber TLE .45
HK USP .45
SIG 220 .45
As for the shotgun, that is the only scattergun that I have that would be applicable. But for the Rifle/pistol, from what I have listed what would you recommend? I am leaning towards the AK Brake Bushy (even though it is obcenely loud) and the TLE. Thanks in advance for any and all replies, I am quite excited to partake in this activity.
EDIT: Is there an address to the range that I can MapQuest? And will I need to be escorted by a range member to enter the range. Thanks guys.

here is the official club website with info on getting there.

Thank you much good sir! :P
I really want to go but I have a boat load of things I need to do... I gotta be out of my current digs by the end of the month.(oct)
how about a report from someone who was there?
I don't really have a report, but I do have a video I made today from the shoot. Let me know if you like it.Quote:

Actually the video covered 3 of the 4 stages since i forgot film one. Our next match is the end of this month on 10/29. We had one Rifle/Shotgun stage, One Rifle only stage, One Shotgun/Pistol stage and one Rifle/Pistol Stage. See you on 10/29.Quote:

I would like to participate, but I'm fairly new. I figure my score will suck, if I finish at all  but as long as I'm safe and follow the rules it should be no problem right?
I very new to shooting in general. Started in late 2004, probably have less then 5,000 shot total. I would bring my Glock 21, My M4 with iron sights (might be able to borrow a Aimpoint) and my 870 pump shotgun.
All your videos are awesome and it looks like a lot of fun, and good way for me to learn on what I need to improve upon.
And one more question, will the spining metal target be there, cause that thing would give me a hell of a challenge.
We actually have a bunch of different steel targets so who knows what your will see:) Don't worry about how your place. Just be safe and have a good time. I will ask at the beginning of the match who is a new shooter and we will pair you with someone to help you through your first match.Quote:
