I don't understand why any citizen in this country would feel the need to own and or use such a device as a 'fire extinguisher', he have trained professionals called 'fire fighters' who endanger themselves to protect people from fires of all sizes.

Have you ever got a face full of dry chemical shot out of a fire extinguisher? It can be really nasty in your eyes and respiratory system. I could see where it could even be fatal, at the very least it would make any counterattack you make very difficult. I wouldn't blow it off so easily.Quote:
