One of my friends who "sympathizes" with the cause told me my $600 HP laptop was far inferior to his $4,000 Macbook Pro... At least I can play Crysis!

Why would you (mistakenly) presume he can't play Crysis? Of course he can - he simply chooses not to, since it would require rebooting into Win, and that's something a fanboi just won't do.
