Go with the voices. They are right.
Had a DSA StG-58 once. I've been kicking myself in the groin for over a year for selling it. You really, really, really want one.
Ok
slightly dissenting voice.
I had (have?) two FAL"s
one was an IMBEL built up one.
Flawless, never an issue.
One is a DSA STG58 bought brand new and it's broken twice.
Been fixed both times, but hasn't been flawless. I would buy another, but...... just beware.
very nice :)
I loved everyhting about mine except the LOP which was too long for a carbine (IMHO)
The paratrooper model should solve that
I had carbine, sa 58 that I sold 4 years ago man I wish I still had that rifle.
sweet!
I want my next FAL to be a para too :)
I also broke down and put a DSA SA58 on order this week with a few custom touches. Para-carbine on full length gas system with 18" barrel, Extreme duty extended scope mount, and full lenght Rail Interface hand guards. Let us know how yours shoots.
Does that include the IMBEL you sold me?Quote:

Before I fired it I'd thought to offer it for trades. Thankfully no one was smart enough to take me up on it.
fwiw, my Imbel is a solid performer.
Who/where did you order that from? Sounds about the same rifle I'd like to acquire. May I have pics?
