Just a stab in the dark on my part.... is that mag in backwards? Karl.
How's it stay in??
Now that's funny.
Maybe she thinks it looks better that way?
THAT is high speed low drag.

I wonder if the man injured was shot with a primer?

Does anyone have an original or know how this can be verified? David Codrea would like to use on his blog. Not finding it in the Marble Falls papers.
If you have not been out to his blog he has some scary examples of stuff like this.
thanks

Isn't it just a grainy picture that obscures the clamp/strap holding two mags together? Not a big deal...
Hijack - the largest centipede/millipede I've ever seen in a hotel room ran across my foot at the Hampton in Marble Falls. That sucker had to be 6 inches long, and it took a good couple smacks with a shoe to kill it from its perch on the ceiling.
No, I think it is really stuck in there. I fooled around in paint shop with it a bit and I can't see anything except an LEO who is seriously stressing and is about to pee their pants when the magazine falls out or nothing happens...

I did quick google and discovered that this picture is becoming as infamous as the backwards clip for the HK ad.
It was incorrectly inserted and possibly upside down. Here's a link to a thread where someone called the sheriff and asked.

In a stress situation, fingers become flippers.
This gent was fortunate that it happened in training.

this is why you practice things the way you would normally do things...
so when the SHTF, you'll be relying on muscle memory to pull you through.
Practice your immediate action drills, they may save you..... or save a boatload of time on your 3gun stages....
(I had some serious feed problems on the 96G (using 92 mags by mistake) muscle memory took over and I was back in action before I knew what happened.
there is no physical difference in 96 and 92 mag bodies, except the holes in the back. The follower is the only difference.Quote:

muscle memory works well unless it is empty mags you are inserting in your handgun. Then all the muscle memory in the world wont fix stupid. But hey at least I got practice at mag changes and tap racks.
