Very awesome! Congrats to your daughter!
I got a ways to go, my daughter is only 6 wks old.
Looking forward to our 'father daughter' time. [AR15]
Wow, that's awesome! How old is she?
I should try hunting at least once before I croak.
Very cool. I hope to get my daughter out there in the next couple of years.
Very cool. Lucky girl and father. Did she have any issues at first regarding "killing an animal?"
I have talked to the 7 yr old about hunting and she doesnt want to kill anything but maybe when she's alittle older.
15? Looks much younger....must be the hat, clothes and position. My 15 y.o. grandson says he'd like to go hunting, and I probably would too, but I don't have a clue how to go about it or where to go, other than paying huge bucks for a guided hunt.
Anyway, good for her! I don't even know ya and I'm proud of her too!
Yes they are! My daughter and I did a lot of hiking with guns for about 5 years before she lost interest due to lack of animals (CA). She's talking about going out again so we'll see. Way to encourage and involve her.
I have found that keeping the caliber small at first, like a .22, and then gradually increasing it, kept my girl enjoying firearms. Now, she enjoys shooting 9mm or .223.
Took mine to BluCore last week for her first pistol shooting. Still working on basics and not ducking to avoid getting hit by the casings. Im just excited she is willing to go.

If you want a good hunt for a youth check out Nebraska. They have deer tags for $6.00 for youths. You get 1 buck and 1 doe for the $6.00 and you can buy 2 sets. Thats 2 buck's and 2 doe's for $12.00. They also have turkey tags for $6.00 for youths also. There is alot of CRP land to hunt. I took my 2 sons and my daughter last year and almost any farmer will let you hunt on their land if its for the kids.
12 bucks you can't beat that with a stick!
That's awesome. I also thought WOW a 10 year old girl with first elk. Still awesome at 15. Shit I'm twice that old and not killed one yet...and not from lack of trying.
congrats that is cool
