I don't know what you guys think but I think I may have stayed concealed and just given the money on this one The good guy was very lucky the child didn't get shot what say you?
the only problem is you can't see the perp very good, so you don't know if he/she had a gun.
If he felt that criminal was going to shoot someone, he did the right thing. And after that incident was reported all over the local news, he probably prevented many future robberys being contemplated by other scumbags.Quote:

You don't think a scumbag pointing a pistol at you while asking for money would cause a reasonable person to assume something bad is about to happen and meet all the conditions for a deadly response under the CO statute? You'd not respond until the BG shoots you first? The third rule of gun handling says never point your weapon at something you're not willing to shoot. The minute he pointed it at you declared his intention not to be bound by the rules of society. I don't know about you but I never draw my concealed weapon and use it as a pointer.
