Don't waste your time trying to deep-fry a standing rib roast though. I had a recipe that sounded great, but it damn sure wasn't. Smokin' the rib roast is much better....but it's hard to light.

Big computer meltdown a couple of weeks ago, The one I'm on now is kind of flying along on a wing and a prayer. Hopefully it'll last untill I can afford a new one.
