This would be one thing I would not share to the guys on here. [Weight]
I asked the Doc about it a couple months ago when I had a physical. He said the easiest thing to do is any form of weight bearing exercise, even walking helps.

Fortunately for me my little brother has his degree in sports nutrition and exercise science and he is awesome about helping me out with my weightlifting and diet.
