Looking at the AAC Ti-Rant .45 or the Silencerco Osprey.
Does anyone have experience with both of these cans and why they like one over the other. It'll be going on a FN-FNP .45 pistol.
TIA

I don't have mine yet (still waiting for paperwork)... but the reasons why I picked the AAC Ti-rant..
They're full-auto rated (not like I'll be getting a full-auto soon)
they're serviceable to the operator (meaning to say I can tear it apart and clean it, etc..)
with a change of pistons.. I can mount it to a variety of host
.. and it is just a quiet as the Osprey.
This is what mine looks like with it on my FNP TAC

Check out Machine Gun Tours... they do carry both [Beer]
Mike, Any knowledge as to sub-caliber usage? You know .40, 9mm, .38 etc through the .45 can? What about using the pistol silencer on pistol caliber carbines?
(sorry 'bout the hijack!)
AAC TiRant or the silencerco Osprey. Arguably the 2 best right now. The Tirant is user serviceable so it could be user for anything .45 acp and down including .22. That assuming you go with a .45cal. .40 cal would do .40 and down and 9mm would do 9mm and down.
I'm no rocket surgen, but if I did this right it should link to test results that may be of interest.
