Holy Jeebus, what is the typical average on a busy day outside of the holidays?
It sounds to me as if the insanity has begun, albeit slightly delayed. Guess I'll find out tomorrow, as it is my Monday.
With no point of reference, I have no idea if that is a lot or about average. I would assume that because you posted it up it is a bit on the high side.

I heard 5 hour wait this morning at Walmart. Yikes.

I was at Big 5 this morning at 0400 for the 0500 opening, I was second in line. Bought a Shotgun. Filled out the 4473 at 0510....... Did not get approved until about 5pm. That's when I got the call from the store.
Picked it up and hour later.
Wife thinks it will sit in the safe until Christmas............riiiiiiiight.
The folks at the Sertona gumshow said they were running about 2.5 hours this afternoon. I'm heading back tomorrow to pick up my purchase.
It was 803 deep early this morning when I was in a shop... about 11am or so.
Sportsman's Wearhouse, Dick's, Big 5, Gander Mountain, and Bass Pro were all running some good sales for black Friday. At 0700 this morning there were 660 ish ahead of me. Got my weapon at 1400. It as the same last year.
It's Xmas! Until they're all gone!
