Body (Right lung) There are arteries in there but its better than the heart.
Ass well make sure you miss the major arteries that run there, you'll bleed out in no time if one is nicked.
Basically all you can hope for many times is it hits the sweet spot devoid of a major artery or vein.

Our FISTer took 5 from a PKM (7.62x54r) in the legs... green on blue, at a PPS station. Somehow, they all missed bone and artery, and a week and a half after he got to KAF for treatment he ran a 5k.
