Lemme see, the "arming of so many black youths", along with white, Hispanic, etc. youth that he's referring to isn't referring to the honest, decent youth; he's referring to "troubled" youth. These kids aren't getting the guns or drugs through legitimate sources. In fact, it's usually spread around their communities from within their own culture - other "troubled" individuals.Quote:

Of course, this is the society and environment we as a nation have cultivated. It's ALWAYS somebody else's fault because we don't have to take personal responsibility for our actions and dealing with the consequences is someone else's problem too.
