Awesome stuff [Beer]
Mech-Warrior reboot! Lol
I'm thinking more Ed 9000 ...
I'm more of a Patlabor guy.
awesome!!!
Soon the aliens will realize we're becoming smart enough to be a threat and will engage us. War will be upon us soon. And it wont be from people from iraq... Some distant planet that wants to own our planet. I'm excited.
If the annunaki do attack I want one of these Kuratas to use a decoy.
wow if the little geisha girl can operate this thing it must be awesome
smiling while you blast the hell out of someone. that is a little weird.
Leave it to japan...
Damn it!! This is why I needed to win the lotto! I would have a fleet of these just to play "tag" with my buddies with.
Needs articulating legs though, wheels would get bogged down to easy, not to say a 3 ton person wouldn't sink quickly in the mud.
Gotta admit, the Airsoft gatling gun with auto-targeting would be fun as hell ...
Apropos of nothing - When I first heard people talking about the Korean song, I thought it was "Gundam Style"
I'm too old to have watched Gundam, but I knew damn well that the Gangnam Style video was seriously lacking in the fighting robot department.... As a matter of fact, most music videos are lacking in that area.

For your daily fix of music videos with fighting robots ...
Great, now I want to watch one of my favorites, Martian Successor Nadesico...
Played the video. It took my wife 15 seconds to yell from the other room, "That's Ming Mae from Robotech! That's when she was on the battle ship singing for Rick!"
I've never seen the show though.
If this thing is bullet proof I'm selling the house to buy one lol!!! Going to start a security company filled with these!!
Give your wife some brownie points. Lynn Minmay it is. The song itself is not karaoke although I'm sure there were probably some karaoke versions at anime conventions in the 80s and 90s. Unlike Ronin, I don't think it was poorly sung, the actual soundtrack and video don't have all the distortion in that YouTube cut -- it's hardly the quality of the anime J-pop on Kimagure Orange Road or Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex but I prefer it to the original Macross song in that sequence, "Zoom Zoom, My Boyfriend's a Pilot". The singer was also trying to emulate being a 13-year-old girl so I think intentionally tried to keep the tonal range high.
