What I didn't realize was that there's this little pin and spring wheediddle that holds the big spring and plunger thingie in place, and removing the stock set that wheediddle free.
When I went to shoots my rifle, that little pin and spring wuz runnin' around loose inside of it, and had the works all jammed up. I removed the upper to have a looky, the big spring and plunger thingie jumped out like a dog dick, the little spring was mangled under the bolt, and the little pin thingie bounced off my knee as it dived for the gravel.
Like I said, I shouldn't be allowed to work on my guns if I can't even do something that a chimp could be trained to do.
