MGW 50 rounders and Tactical Innovations 25 rounders.
Butler Creek steel lips are great for everyday use.
I always have bought the Butler Creel Steel Lips also they work great.
Like Hoser said though Tactical Innovations make some really cool mags for the 10/22 that also have steel feed lips. The make an all aluminum mag that is very expensive @ $70 bucks but they also have a composite mag for $35. Never seen them in person but hear they work very well and also have completely adjustable feel lips!

twitchy, your link is broken.
Butler creek has my vote also.
Thanks I fixed it. Just copied it from the other 10/22 thread on page 3 where I posted the same info but guess it doesn't work that way [Bang]
BTW: Been eying this new 10/22 target rifle for awhile now:

I have 2 10/22's at the moment. 1 was a plain old hat I am working on. I was inspired by one I saw here. When it is done it will have a Tapco stock, Tech-sights and hicap mags. The other has a Hogue overmolded stock, and bull barrel with a fixed 4 power scope. I was shooting at steel plate at 175 yards with that one. One of these days I may post pics, if I get off my duff.
It's getting so expensive to shoot these days, I'm thinking I need a new .22 LR rifle and pistol. Where's the best place to pick up a 10/22?
Jensen's has them as sheap as China Mart and you are supporting a small business. Or just check your local shops. I found mine at a place in Ft. Collins for $150 used. Pawn shops are a great place to shop, too.
YEAH....ok...Westy didnt ask so I will tell him....Steel Lipped mags made by anyone who makes them are the only way to go.You drop the others and the lip always seems to break.
Also, the same goes for the 10/22 speed loaders. And yeah, they are expensive but, they load 100% faster than you and you dont get that leaded grease all over yer chino pants and leather shirt. Go get one CJ you Hippy! You WILL like it![Muaha]
If I lived in Loveland, Jensen's sounds like a great option. With gas at $3.69 a gallon? Not so much.;)
I have a tactical novations mag and it works well, so do my butler creek mags. I currently have 3 10/22s, one target setup, one tactical set up with an AR collaspable stock, and one in pieces that I want to convert to 17hm2.
Finally took the plunge after work tonight. Big 5 has the 10/22 on sale for just a bit more than Wally World (and none of Wally World's shenanigans). It's still got the steel barrel band and metal trigger group.
Very cool !
Post some pics. [Beer]

I love my 10/22. It was stove pipping, I swapped out the extractor, and whala la, perfection.
I ordered a Tapco Fusion stock like yours for my 10/22. Put it all together tonight. I like it so much better than the dimensions of the wooden stock. The Butler Creek Steel Lips mags and the extended mag release came in today too. I'll try to post a picture in the next couple of days.
Time to get your self some of those Tech Sights. [Weight]
