I'm may be going to DU vs CC hockey game up at DU tonight. They say that they have a no weapons policy for students, but how does this apply to non-students? Is there any local denver laws that would criminalize carry at DU?

DU is a private institution, not bound by city statutes. If they've explicitely prohibited carrying weapons, you do so at your own risk.

Good news, It all worked out just fine. And nobody lost so it was a nice peaceable exit.
That's not entirely accurate... Since DU was the most recent winner of their trophy deal with CC (I can't remember the name) a win or tie makes them the automatic winner of that contest. [Beer] I was at the game too, it was fun, but I would have preferred a win for DU.Quote:
