We Demand a recount based on the following FACTS .
State rep Ms Rhonda Fields has prior arrest in the state. THAT had she applied for a job, would have disqualified her from being employed, outside of Politics where NO BACK GROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED to be Elected

WE The People Demand Ms Fields Recuse herself from not only any future voting, BUT also concur a recount is needed on already passed Committee Gun Bills

We the People Demand Ms Fields who has an emotional tie to the House Bills (understandably) has not acted on the will of the people, who like every politician, Was ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE

We Demand Governor Hickenlooper put in motion the vote recount if the State Senate refuses to do so.

We Demand Ms Rhonda Fields who believes back ground checks will prevent CRIME Immediately RESIGN from Office.
How can any person, let alone a Legislator with a multiple arrest record, be allowed to Pass Judgement on Law Abiding Citizens.

I am Faxing and e-mailing this to all CO reps and the following news outlets and ask you to consider doing the same. VPC, Biden, and Bloomberg want to play hardball and distort the Facts. This is down to the wire every thing we do matters.

There are a lot of people with arrest records. No convictions here, no matter how much we believe that she probably committed the crimes in question.

Also, while there are some jobs that arrest record would disqualify her from, there are many it would not. Suggesting a recall/recount is a complete waste of time.

from gun owners and you feel another round of faxes and e-mails will not raise any questions. Perhaps not, However if nothing is done to discredit her, then sit home and never complain how we became criminals with the stroke of a pen.

A conviction for theft shows that she is an unethical and untrustworthy individual who should not be empowered to pass legislation upon the citizens of Colorado. It is shameful that she remains in that position.

Her arrests and past were all disclosed and she even talked about it when she ran for office. Nothing was hidden and she was still elected. There is nothing anyone can do about it.

She was not convicted, just arrested.
However to demand we submit to numerous laws for a Constitutional RIGHT While she could not pass a BG check for work is hypocritical to say the very least, w/out getting a board time out.
The Anti gun crowd like the moveon'ers did and do everything to discredit the R's and anyone who opposes them. We need to do the same just to show how insane this shit is.

Does it matter? The dem's and AG's have no moral compass when it comes to violation our rights. Why not make them "'think" the are being exposed to potential negative press? Better than calling some one a n@#$% on the internet to make a point.

FWIW: The dems have no issues regarding Constitutional Anything when it comes to our Rights.

Don't see anything that would, on the surface, disqualify her legally. Morally? That's a different story. I think at this point impeachment would be the only option and, while I disagree with her views, I don't think that's gonna happen.

It does matter. She is not my area legislator, but her ideas an wants are impacting me. This criminal should have no say on anything that impacts others. We should not downplay this at all. Just because the voters in her area chose her does not make it right. What she and her comrades are messing with is our God given rights. Who the f is she with her background to even go there.

As I wrote earlier we have to use this information. Sure she sugarcoated and disclosed it to her area , but it very disturbing to others. Google her name and criminal record and everyone is talking about it across the country of how wrong this is. It's out there and it damages her and the other comrades involved in this credibility.

These guys are looking bad right now. Why the heck did the house leader support Jessicas law? Is he worried that could impact some of his close friends? Just everything these new demoncrats are doing OS just against what normal society is about. The are trying to punish us with the goal to divide us send us our way. I said I would stick out to fight, and what I am seeing from these clowns makes me feel that we can beat them politicallly. If not then down the road this 5 th generation coloradoan will move north. Hopefully the state won't become a state of moral and social decay.

In light of this whole hoopla over Fields' arrest record (and lack thereof of a conviction), let me share with you a story. I have a friend who was arrested for felony possession of a schedule I narcotic with intent to distribute (several hundred dollars in multiple denominations were recovered with a drug other than pot). He hired a very reputable attorney and was able to get all charges dismissed. Let me say that again for emphasis... HE WAS NOT CONVICTED. However, he was caught, red handed, counting money and after a search discovered drugs. So goes to show, if you manipulate our legal system, sure you can have an arrest record with no convictions- but that doesn't make you less of a criminal.
