Hi points are a gang banger/drug dealers favorite gun...
All of these non-working guns need to find their way into the hands of criminals. Maybe when they try to use them an armed citizen will fight back with a quality, functional gun and contribute to a little gene pool cleansing.
None of those would be worth the 35 dollars each transfer fee.
