I am not a lawyer, but I do not see anything in the bill that would prohibit someone from moving to Colorado with >15 rnd mags - if they owned them before 1 Jul 2013.

Just the first step to trying to confiscate them. They know its unenforceable but after the next mass shooting in a "gun free zone", they will then be able to justify door-to-door search and seizure missions to confiscate these evil inanimate objects because they are "illegal". I think everybody needs to relax. There isn't going to be sting operations in my house focused on if someone else touches them. They don't inventory your moving truck at the state line. If your in the woods shooting I doubt someone is going to follow you to watch what you do with your rifle that has a 30 rounder in it. Can we apply some common sense here please.
No, what will happen is that you'll mostly be left alone until the day you NEED your gun. Then the gun you use for self defense and every other gun on the property will be inspected and you'll go to jail like Tony Martin.Quote:
