That all depends -- and this is why I disagree with RMGO's tactics and scaremongering. There are times when something is going through the legislative process. In the past, the NRA has tried to ameliorate these bills so they are less damaging and easier to reverse in the future rather than sit in a firm "no compromise" posture and get worse legislation. It's like going downhill on an icy street and realizing you have no brakes. I can try to guide my car to the side and hit a tree or rock or I can hold firm to my course and end up with cross-traffic slamming me from the sides further down the street.
