Can't be too much worse than a Prince Albert. I need to hurry up and make the appointment, although I'm a little worried about being refused since I'm only 28.
I've had two friends get reversals due to wanting/told to want kids with the new (2nd) wife. Both have said that was the most painful thing they've ever experienced. Be sure...be very sure.

$10, 10 minutes, you'll be ok. Bags of peas worked well for me. Wife was forced to watch the procedure, part of their policy to make sure the wife doesn't claim it wasn't done if she's pregnant again. Oh, and a few samples to make sure it's doing the job. (or preventing the job anyway)

wife couldn't make it through, seeing my hairy ass was enough to send her running to the waiting room. Doc was fast, and good, and yes, the smell of burnt barlowism was rather stinky...Now comes the fun part of nursing my funions back to operational readiness. Wife is terrified of what's going to happen to her after the moratorium of a month! As for a second wife, no way in hell would i ever go through the reversal, i have a friend that did it, same thing second wife...just put me in an induced coma for a month!

Mine was fun though, I walk into Kaiser meekly with my little brown bag and go back to the lab. Wouldn't you know, the attendant was the little hotty. I am embarrassed beyond all get out and quietly tell her why I am there. She picks up the phone and fairly loudly tells whoever on the other end that she has a post vasectomy sample and what to do. Ok, I am no longer embarrassed, I'm pissed. She asks me:"Is it fresh, less than an hour"?
I told her: "Yea, its fresh, my old lady just spit it out in the parking lot". The old man and old lady that were there bust out laughing and the little hotty turns red and slinks into the chair.
Good times.

Obamacare...fk it...made my cost go up 100$. If I would of got it done before the turn of the year 180$....after 2013, 280$
