    No OT for military. We're in the middle of an inspection, so the usual day or two off after such a long alert period doesn't apply either. I'm not out in the weather, but would rather be. 100 feet underground breathing 10% recycled air for 2.5 days sucks.

    The snow storm last week they called school off for it. This one already has more snow and I have yet to get a call saying the school is closed.

    Agreed. The ride for my kid to school is an old lady that I don't like driving anyway, let alone in her crap car. It took me two hours to get home tonight and the streets were solid ice. Can only imagine how much worse it will be tomorrow morning.
