Sadly they feel they are above the law.
I totally understand if there was an emergency going on and he just whipped in there to handle something, however, this car sat there for at least the entire 6 hours I was at the convention center. There was no emergency, he was just using it for parking probably to save his fat ass from having to walk 2 blocks like the us poor peasants.
Is it true that if you drape a pair of cuffs over your steering wheel, you are saying you are an undercover and not to tow/ticket the car?
