    NM issues illegal aliens driver's licenses, and some citizens of NM have run into problems using their DL for travel etc, but remember, it's for the kids.

    The state wants its money. There are a lot of illegals here, now they get there fees from them. Its extra income. Colorado is the worst money grabbing state I have lived in.
