So, if they do buy an idiots guns(s), isn't there a "requirement" that the "Private firearm transaction" require a backgroud check

This is why we have a local FFL on the boards "sponsor" the "citizen" buy back and set up a laptop and do the transfers for people on site. I sure would hate to see some WWII bring backs end up in the chop saw...
