Except for the southern areas, I'd easily spend time and money in the Philippines over Mexico with regard to how safe I'd feel.

A cougar can be a MILF, and a MILF can be a cougar. But not all cougars are MILFS and not all MILFS are cougars. The variation between the two being that cougars specifically seek men younger than themselves.

I personally believe that a new classification of 'Mougar' be created in order to properly categorize the cougar MILF.

Americans have gotten snatched as far North as Batangas as well as over on Palawan at luxury resorts. But, that's just my take - .30-06 rounds knocking out windows at dinner time tends to make an impression , if someone unrelated to me wants to go to the Philippines, go for it. Might as well take in a canoe ride down from Pagsanjan while there...probably one of the more enjoyable "nature" days within driving distance of Makati where most visitors tend to stay.
