I believe they have 3 days to appeal to the Supreme Court. Hickenlooper can legally stall until either the 3 days lapses or the Supreme Court also rules that the petitions are legal and the recall can proceed.
Now if they would just go quietly....... NOT gonna happen! Off to the Supreme court, shit heads!
