I never really carried one much until recently. I've been toting a Benchmade Griptilian. I need to get it back to Benchmade for an overhaul.
Benchmade Auto-Presidio.
I just picked one up myself.
I recently got discharged and no longer carry a spring assist. It fits my hand, I can open it with one hand and just as fast as the spring assisted one I had.
I did, however really dislike the one I used to carry, but since I could not buy another knife at the time due to budgetary priorities, I made due with it.
Gerber 06 Fast Tanto
What I disliked was the Safety. The switch always disengaged the safety when I didn't want it to (in my pocket) and was a PITA to operate and stuck when I wanted it to open. Other than that it was a decent knife and got lots of use, and fit really comfy in my hand.

I've got a caly in zdp89. Too expensive for me to comfortably carry it. Insanely sharp knife.
