Course not. I see many here enjoying a good troll session on anti FB pages. I also see complaints about censorship on those same pages. They control the meesage on their sites, no way around that one.

I'm not talking about trolling them, I'm all for creating our own pro gun side of social media and get more people into the gun hobby.

Yes, I am. I have phone numbers and email addresses for all of my 'friends' and I therefore have no use for Facebook. I signed up and tried it years ago, biggest waste of time aside from reality TV.

I DON'T FUCKING WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN FACEBOOK ... even if it was mostly conservative, I have plenty of other outlets for social media and I don't need that time wasting, poorly designed, mostly annoying outlet.

The point still stands though, that its a bad idea if you want to reach the largest number of people and especially conservatives (which the majority of gun owners are) by limiting yourself JUST to ZuckerFace ... that said, the ballot initiative folk DIDN'T DO THAT. No, but that doesn't mean I'm going to provide them with my personal info and also provide them with more money via my traffic. You do know how FB makes money right?

ROFL at the 'obvious leanings' of people on Facebook. Listen you can label shit you've never even tried yourself all day long or you can listen to those who have actually USED it for years now. I have over 700 'friends' and I'm guessing maybe a few dozen aren't in line with my ideals. Heck, I can easily cite many instances where thanks to calm and well thought out posts I've even converted some that were against us before. It's a social outlet which means it's literally whatever YOU make of it. You don't like someone's viewpoint or post style? Unfriend them and move on with life. I don't understand how some people manage to get through life so afraid of technology and how it's going to take over their thoughts and make them start pulling the lever for (D).

And For your info, I used facebook for a long time until I learned all sorts of interesting info on the owner/pres/CEO of Facebook, and then how they make money and who he donates money to. Using that site regularly is litterally giving our opponents money to fight us with. Do some learning on exactly what you're giving up to social media outlets, and how they make their money and you might see that it's not what YOU make of it, it's what they make off YOUR useage. Ever wonder how they manage to make money when every service they provide individuals is free?

I've been to several of the places listed for the Metro area in the last few months, never saw a petition or was it ever mentioned by the counter help. Go figure.......
I'll make sure I swing by one of the listed places and sign before Turkey day........
