Default Seeing a lot of Shenanegans coming back to the states

There was a guy arrested here on base the other day for having a weapon in a federal facility because it was in his car. A little stretch there, they said the parking lot counts as the facility. We also have to remove our hats and sunglasses to get on base. WTF Papers please, we need your papers. I am really loving that I have to give a detailed list of my firearms to the armory. I should do it just to make them shit kittens.

Signs to remove sunglasses are in. banks too. It's been forever since you could not bring a personal firearm on base, unless it was going from the gate to the armory. No Firearms allowed on base, in quarters etc.

I always left my stuff at a buddies house in case of a surprise health and welfare inspection (except when I didn't). Know the risks involved and make informed decisions.

You can do it and after the flap a few years ago at least the Army is a little more tolerant but not much. I can even register any of mine and had thought about doing one for a particular reason but never did.
