Apocalyptic storm of the century?

I'm getting tried of the weather reports on the news. Everything seems to be of biblical proportions anymore, they even said it was an epic all time snow in the ski areas at 18". Oh and my commute was pretty bad as I almost tripped over the dog heading to the kitchen.

We got about 4-5" up here in Evergreen... I shoveled the driveway this morning, didn't take that long... Not exactly what I would call an epic storm by any measure. Although my friends are non stop blabbing about how they're so excited to hit the slopes today. Everyone's acting like it's never snowed here before...
