    I cook spice when I want spice but for almost everything I like the taste of Louisiana hot sauce, not hot.

    Chipotle Tabasco. I get it in gallon jugs and stick a pump handle in it.

    I can't choose just one. Chipotle Tabasco adds a nice smoky touch to pretty much anything. I have a big bottle of Frank's at my desk at work.
