Colorado form 1 & 4 transfer data / wait times

I did a search on the board first and didn't find an answer. Can someone tell me what number they called to check on the status of their (paper) Form 1 and 4 status? And do you just give them the name submitted under or how do they track it as there isn't some magical submission number I am aware of? I don't expect mine to be done but wanted to ensure it is in fact in the system and I figure it has already been 4 going on 5 months.....

NFA TIMELINE -
FORM 4 Submitted = 09/20/13
FORM 4 Check Cashed = 09/27/13

FORM 1 Submitted = 09/26/13
FORM 1 Check Cashed = 10/10/13
