Libel, slander, and (I don't know how) assault..

basically, TR built a rifle that the customer thought didn't live up to the price tag. The customer tried to resolve it with TR, but got a 'you don't know what you're talking about' response. Customer takes gun to another gunsmith. That gunsmith made a video of everything that he (the gunsmith) saw was wrong with the gun (the list was fairly extensive). Then the new gunsmith rebuilds the rifle and, according to the customer, it now shoots like a dream.

all of this is documented in posts on snipers hide, which is why they're getting thrown in the loop.


This same tactic has been fought and successfully defended by yelp and Angie's List.
