I'm at Tower and Hampden as well, and it's not a bad place to live. Though Aurora politics are on the liberal free stuff army side. Wouldn't live north of Hampden out here again.

I was at Quincy Ridge apartments at Quincy and Chambers just a little south of there for about 8 months until I found a house in January and I never noticed any criminal activity.

That house is a dump and shouldn't go for more than 170K in its current condition.

Mission Viejo was really hard hit during the recession and has declined quite a bit but appears to be making a steady come back. You'll get a lot of sqft for the money and despite the appearance of some of the homes it's a very safe community.

I am over by Quincy and Picadilly. Nice place, good people. Except for the HOA... No real complaints.

Well if it's on the up swing - wouldn't it be worth getting cheap, fixing up so I could possibly get more out of it? Yea I'm not saying its worth the asking price - but if cheaper than 170k - may be worth it
