Can you find out? I have my favorite dim sum places in HK and Taipei, but really need a local place.

I love Dim Sum but the only places I eat it are in SJC and Vegas. If there is a place around here that is good COUNT ME IN!
What is my joy if all hands, even the unclean, can reach into it? What is my wisdom, if even the fools can dictate to me? What is my freedom, if all creatures, even the botched and impotent, are my masters? What is my life, if I am but to bow, to agree and to obey?

I've never found a Dim Sum restaurant in CO that makes truly authentic Cantonese Dim Sum. Hell, my wife and I order dim sum speaking Cantonese and the waitstaff gives us a deer in the headlights look. It's CO. You take what you can get.

Cantonese Dim Sum comes with spit pots, folks standing behind your chair rudely waiting for your table, and waitstaffs/owners who will not serve you unless you speak cantonese? No thanks LOL..
