Long Position on Silver and Gold?

Not being paranoid etc... you guys ever consider buying PM/gold in person, cash, no tax etc? For security reason of course.

Yeah, but it's pretty inconvenient for me and honestly, I'm afraid I'll get had. I don't know enough about PMs to be able to determine authenticity etc.

I agree and I am in the same boat. Plus when I have tried to buy it like that they are usually a couple of bucks more than what I could get it on the internet...

Gold up almost 1% this morning, silver up 1.5%. Oil is over $106 a barrel.

Looks like our feckless leaders are going to help the failed Iraqi government kill the Al Quada guys we trained in Syria.

However, the option of paying cash and no paper trail has it's benefits.

Keep in mind, even the federal govt was selling fake gold bars w/o knowingly.

1. Buy in larger volume
2. No records mean no income tax when you sell them in volume either.

But I am not a CPA nor lawyer nor do I encourage any kind of illegal activity.

Buncha stuff going on globally which will impact us here locally, gas at the pump, costs of food and services. I'm waiting for a paper market correction to come along. PMs are still one of the the safest places to put extra $$$. Buy low, sell high, S&P500 is at record highs so time to sell that paper, don't follow FedRes/FedGov advice and buy into Wall Street's game when so many stocks are over valued, wait patiently for the correction, it'll come.
