Not my friends... my friends are too busy posting "Is it hunting season yet?" posts on Facebook. One won't stop posting pics from Colorado Shooting Sports (where he works) up in Greeley- it's awful!

Just did a little digging (really only took about 30 seconds) and found that the author of this piece needs to go back to writing about what she seems most passionate about, Pot. Seriously, she has 11 articles on RS and most of them (er, all but 2) are about pot. Maybe this dumb broad has been smoking too much?

"With more than 119,000 pistols found at crime scenes in 2012, this handgun model holds an unfortunately solid first place in criminal weaponry."

    mixed with

"Glocks comprise 65 percent of the market share of handguns for United States law enforcement agencies..."

Their words, not mine... and I reserve the right to interpret what they say as I wish.

"According to FBI latest publicly available homicide records, in 2012 rifles were used to murder more than 320 people."

    and

"Per the FBI, shotguns were used in 303 murders in 2012."

According to the same report, hands/fists/feet were used in 678 murders, and 'pushing' is included.
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.

Don't worry, she's got it covered, #3 is 'Rifles'. Could be bolt action, could be semi-auto.

Under that category, she included this intriguing piece of investigative journalism: " — designed to be fired from the shoulder — ". OMG! Rifles are designed to be fired from the shoulder?! I had no idea!! (I'd bet even Joe Biden knows rifles are designed to be "fired from the shoulder.")

Some Google-fu led me to her Twitter. A couple of gems:

"Predators are straight up surrounded by loyal dudes who separate their friendship from the gendered violence they commit. JUST SAYIN"

"What horrible shit must dudes do to women before their male friends cut them off?"

According to 2012 FBI and ATF statistics, God killed more people then all five dangerous guns combined.

Historically, Rolling Stone has been something like 0.3% Hunter Thompson, 0.2% P.J. O'Rourke, and 99.5% stupid crap.

The Doctor's death has not improved these numbers.

Thompson's last article for RS was in 1983 (his first one in 5 years)... for reference, he died in 2005. I think there's a reason Dr. Thompson stopped writing for them, and their downfall can be linked to shitty writing since the 1990's (possibly even before). Albeit, now-a-days, you have to be partly brain dead to even subscribe to them.
