So what, am i supposed to keep a list of all the places that would prefer I didn't bring a gun to? Whatever, until they install metal detectors or open up on school property I will continue to bring my gun concealed and not even think about this.

If these business getting their hands forced pisses you off what we need to be doing is pushing harder for Constitutional Carry here in Colorado. I mean after all if you can buy a firearm in Colorado you have to have a background check so everyone is already safe right? No need to do another check that checks the same damn stuff as when you bought the gun.

Again, Moms Demand claims victory but they didn't really get one. Panera just "requests" that we don't bring guns but won't actually post or enforce this faux policy.

I've been to Panera twice. Both times, it took them over 45 minutes to serve me soup and salad. Seriously, soup and salad take over 45 minutes to serve? I used to at least rationalize their catering service since the sandwiches were tasty and catering didn't make me wait in line but will now refuse to order from their catering department.

Don't really care for Paneras food anymore. It used to be good, the last few times the food has been lacking.

I've only been to a P Bread once. It was OK. But at least as far as the sandwich I think Quiznos is better (at least as good), faster and cheaper. And some may disagree but Subway is a better value, too. When you can buy a footlong sandwich with whatever toppings you want, in 5 minutes, for $5...that's a pretty good deal. It isn't gourmet, for sure...but it's pretty darn good for the money.

Won't be missed. Over priced, especially considering the portion size.

That's completely correct, except for Chipotle and Target.

Sounds like some pro-constitution group needs to have a statement out by tomorrow that no gun toting person should bother defending anyone in a Panera Bread, even this week.

You have to wait at the counter to get your food at Panera and they call your name. If you went and sat down expecting them to bring it to you, maybe that was part of the issue.

I honestly don't know what to think of the recent "please no guns if you don't mind" policy changes. On one hand, nothing has really changed, but on the other, clearly it looks bad. Is stuff like this going to help sway the minds of the mass of people who don't really know much about "gun politics"? Seeing one restaurant/store after another come out and say "please no" keeps it in the news and reminds people that gunowners are scary..?

This seems to be more of a way to ask the people carrying evil black guns away. They said they will respect laws including concealed carry. And they wont even ask people to leave if they open carry. Sounds like a pussy move that I don't support, but it is no big win for the antis either.
