That's tough though, because there is a fine line between doing what is necessary to control the disease and going overboard with taking people's rights away. Now you could make the jump and say they are purposefully letting this get totally out of hand in order to control the population...however I have a very hard time seeing just exactly what that would accomplish especially if this is as deadly as has been claimed in the past. If they purposefully infect the population and 90% of the population dies, what is left to hold power over? I think if they wanted to grab power over the masses there are other more efficient ways of doing it other than domestic biological terrorism with a class 4 virus.
