Nicely enough they decided they didn't want to deal with the expense/headache of the case and settled. But seriously, what the fuck has happened?

You know how much I used to buy sell and trade, I didn't want to waste the time. It wasn't anything monumental about the folks who reniged. After a couple hours or a day they bailed. I didn't see it as anything major to east my time on. Those folks have gone since so those left in the transactions are good to go.
