    I have good health insurance. I don't have great health insurance. I think my plan has a "did some stupid shit" exclusion so I better not try...but I am tempted. Another shot of bourbon and who knows what might happen?

    I used to be good at all the tumbling exercises. I dated a gymnast in high school and taught me.

    I have taught the older minions(8-10 yr olds) basic tumbling exercises and stretching exercises.

    Good way to wear them out and burn off their excess energy.

    I told the wife I was going to try cart wheels in the living room.

    Let's just say that was not a good idea.

    I can still do them along with a round-off. I can do them better than my 12 year old boy
