The comments in this thread could be perceived as callous- So I thought I'd try to summarize what we really mean.

While we feel sorry for the victims of this horrible tragedy, we feel the blame falls squarely on the shoulders of Mr. Holmes, and those that failed to remove him from society for being a raving psychopath. This should in no way be blamed on people or companies for using or providing the same products or services.

We resent being punished for the actions of deranged individuals, it implies that we are as well.
There are 100's of millions of responsible gun owners who never harm anyone.

Article says the court costs were $224,000. Now are the victim's families going to be paying that out of their pocket? If so, how many? Man that would bankrupt most folks. The families that brought the action will be responsible for it. Each one that signed on to do it.

I'm glad the companies won't have to pay the legal fees associated with this ludicrous suit, that said I'm hoping it's the Brady Campaign and not the families that have to pay.
