What's going to kick them in the ass, is if RMAC is right about the knife in question was actually legal to carry... If it was, the cops are fucked in a major way. Also, there are too many conflicting stories going on right now to try to get a real grasp of everything. I think we need to find out if the knife in question was really deserving of his treatment, and where the break of the neck happened (when). If it happened in the truck, they have a possibility of getting out of it... so I can see how they would want the story to go that way. All they would have to say is that the injury was caused on accident, and everyone gets a slap on the wrist. Still though, what was the actual knife? A switch blade as written or something similar, or something legal? Someone have something pointing to this?
