What's going to kick them in the ass, is if RMAC is right about the knife in question was actually legal to carry... If it was, the cops are fucked in a major way. Also, there are too many conflicting stories going on right now to try to get a real grasp of everything. I think we need to find out if the knife in question was really deserving of his treatment, and where the break of the neck happened (when). If it happened in the truck, they have a possibility of getting out of it... so I can see how they would want the story to go that way. All they would have to say is that the injury was caused on accident, and everyone gets a slap on the wrist. Still though, what was the actual knife? A switch blade as written or something similar, or something legal? Someone have something pointing to this?

The Officers in question have admitted he was not properly secured in the vehicle. HOWEVER until the FACTS are presented no one can say for sure how the indicent happened from step 1.
Either way, between the media, public and political lynch mob, none of them has a good chance of walking away scott free. Not to mention the "lone gunman" who still believe Saint Swisher was innocent and the war on LE's must go on.

Omar would be way better. Omar going after Sharpton would be epic. I can hear him whistling.

Just going on what the States Attorney stated as part of the charges. She said it was a lawful knife.

Yes it is, especially when you have such an exemplary record like he did. The Only + out of this is it was POC LE's who handled the former BmMo resident. The media is flummoxed as is every other race baiting "Civil Rights" antagonist. How can you say it was Out of Control Racist White cops, when the "pictures" show who they really are. The LE who was under medical care and firearms removed, someone will be shredding documents over that. Combined with a majority POC city council / DA etc. be very interesting how the new DOJ spins this. Doubt there's enough beer and room at the white house to fix this one.

    Default Interesting Development

    From: http://theconservativetreehouse.com/...a/#more-100291

On April 29th the Washington Post ran an explosive article highlighting information from a passenger who was inside the transport vehicle at the same time Freddie Gray was driven toward central booking. According to the Washington Post source: Freddie Gray was intentionally “trying to injure himself“.

On April 30th local Baltimore media outlet WBAL-TV introduced Donta Allen, a person they claimed was the passenger in the transport vehicle.

However, THEY ARE NOT THE SAME PERSON.

Our research indicates the office of Baltimore State Attorney, Marilyn Mosby, used or allowed one of her deputy State Attorneys, Janice Bledsoe (who was in charge of the investigation as assigned by Marilyn Mosby), to willfully and intentionally place a false story using Bledsoe’s lover, WBAL-TV reporter Jayne Miller, and thereby create a fictitious story to imply Donta Allen as the passenger outlined in the Washington Post story.

    Yes, you read that correctly.
That is why despite Donta saying he was arrested (04/12 during the transport to central booking) there is no record for his arrival or arrest. He is playing a role and selling a story that benefits his community and those who would pressure him, ergo himself.
The actual witness to Freddie Gray’s activity while en-route to the booking facility is the 38-year-old Black Male arrested on 4/12/15 for charges of violating a protective order – and accurately outlined in the original Washington Post article.

I've read from other sources the "pre-existing spinal injury" claim was false and was instead related to a settlement Gray received from injuries he got from a lead-based paint claim.

This one is so convoluted I don't know who, or what, to believe.

Bailey sums it up... at this point with all the bullshit thrown out there, who knows what to believe? I also read that the pre-existing spinal cord injury was a fake claim. We aren't going to know what's the truth at this point till it goes to court. Too many people are trying to distort this whole thing now, truth be damned..... It's a wait and see thing now.

What's important, is that all the facts are not known, and that makes it perfectly acceptable to riot and burn the place to the ground.
