Night? I just finished light squats, next is press work sets and then some deadz and negative chinz and minor auxiliary leg stuff.
    Break over back to pressing.

It's the exercise for fat asses like me that can't do a chin up or pull up. Jump up or step up to the top position and fight gravity as you extend your arms. So just the down portion. Works you up to a real pull up.

    God I hate fucking thieves.

MF'ers hacked my Chase United Mileage card and for perfect timing did it Wed morning while I was in Vegas. Went to pay for lunch for my wife and her two girlfriends before they left and got declined. Had to whip out the Amex. Chase ran through all the bogus online charges with me and shut it down.

Looks like someone tried a pre-auth on 4-22 that was declined, then the "charitable org charge" that got through and and then hammered on it. I wish they would give me the delivery address for the shit they ordered. Why do these GD online merchants ship to unverified addresses that don't match the card?

I feel you. When its not some punk in England ordering stuff on my cc, its Barclay's shutting my card down because I use it out of town. Then it takes 15 minutes with some fool on the line asking me if I am on travel and where else am I going and is my wife with me because we share the account. Idjits.

Night ladies, or is it good morning?

My card had $2300 worth of limo services on it for 6 days in a row. The csr asked me if I'm sure I didn't charge it myself. Mamm of course I did, if you look at 7/23 not only was I in California renting a limo, I was also buy-in lunch for who knows how many people in NY for $986. . I was also in Chicago, buying who knows what for $1100. Well I guess you couldn't have been all those places the same day. So I'll hand this over to security for investigation.

One would "think" the CC companies would go after the scammers at least as hard as they question you.
