With all the average Joe Citizens that carry guns these days it's getting to the point that trying to make a living robbing people is dangerous.

I thought that was the whole idea?

Arapahoe County District Attorney George Brauchler is now looking at many possibilities.
"Who can legally possess firearms under this circumstance? If there was a concealed weapon, who had the right to have a concealed weapon and did they have a lawful permit?" Brauchler asked. "We're looking into all of that."

Broeckler is pretty fair and pro 2A IIRC.
But I do agree, what if the guys moving in were taking in a box of possessions and a pistola is in the box? I fail to see where the intended victims are at fault here.
