he could possibly be soo confused he believes the world is tipping and guam is just the beginning, or maybe a parallel universe is off whack and the black hole is start to gravitate directly toward guam which will tip it over.

The Admiral should have looked him in the eye and (with a straight face) told him that they had the problem solved - the Navy would be installing anchors on both sides of the island to prevent it from tipping over.

I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt...until I saw the video of this. He very clearly, actually thought that the island would capsize.
