I've never been to the Hitching Post, but used some of their 'Magic Stuff' on some smoked meats. Was really tasty stuff.

I was just talking today about the great steak I had at the Hitching Post in Casmalia (there's another in Buellton). I got their biggest/best porterhouse which cost me 1/2 of my daily per diem, but I savored every bite. Quite possibly the best steak I've ever eaten.

As HoneyBadger said, you have to look him up while you're out there; he's now a local to the 'berg.
