OP maybe right, good test run for a small nuclear weapon. Gives the bombers a good idea of the response. All the Iran nuclear program has to do is produce a small backpack nuke. Remember the first attack on the World Trade Center? Truck bomb in the garage. The guy that did it, lives in SuperMax. Half hour drive away...
